Due to our rapid company growth we are looking for employees (m/f/d) in customer service and shipping in part-time or full-time to strengthen our team.
Your tasks
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, Whatsapp and Telegram
- Independent dispatch of customer orders
- Cutting and counting of the goods
- Keeping overviews by means of Excel
- Inventory
- Handling customer sales on site
- Set-up, sales and dismantling at markets, events and festivals
Your profile
- Independent and reliable way of working
- conscientious and structured way of working
- Result orientation as well as customer and service orientation
- Ideally experience in the above mentioned field
- business fluent German
- Very good English skills
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Open to veganism, as we are almost all vegan in the team
